There are things to hold Romney accountable for, but Judicial appointments isn't one of them. A panel comprised of all Democrats, selects nominees. Romney was lucky to have been able to appoint ONE Republican, and I'm fairly certain that that panel would have tried their hardest to get the most liberal candidates on the list.

Method of Selection (full term)
Supreme Judicial Court: gubernatorial appointment with approval of governor's council*
Appeals Court: gubernatorial appointment from nominating commission with approval of governor's council*
Superior Court: gubernatorial appointment from nominating commission with approval of governor's council*

*The nominating commission screens applicants for the supreme judicial court at the governor's discretion. The governor's council, also referred to as the executive council, is a constitutionally authorized body that advises the governor on Massachusetts affairs. The eight-member council is elected annually by the general court, Massachusetts' legislature.

Hey mark. Watched that video of the Father shooting his daughters laptop after hearing your archived show for last Sunday and I noticed that He himself called his ammunition "Exploding Hollow Point Bullets"... The Newscasters were wrong in the fact that they didn't research the fact that there is currently no such ammo but you can most likely check that off as none of them knowing anything at all about firearms. I beleive that the Father was most likely trying to sound cool to the kids who were going to watch the video on the daughters Facebook Page. Just thought I'ld point that out. BTW: I love your radio show and listen to them on my hour long commute to work each day. Thanks for archiving the old shows so I can hear them. Keep up the good work.

What a great voice for freedom AAR has become!!! Kudos to you Mark Walters and everybody who has made it possible. I was around from the beginning, even before you Hit the airwaves. The moment you told me what you and Tim were working on.............. i knew you and he had something Huge to bring forward to the American Public.

Owning Guns and the freedom to do so is a right and a wonderful thing. However, one must always be diligent in defending and fighting to keep what is rightfully yours by haters of freedoms and freemen!! I am currently living in Colombia and enjoying the adventure. But no place equals the good ole USA!!! I will probably be heading back home in a couple of or few years. One big reason is i can live free and own and shoot my weapons there till the day the Good Lord takes me home!! Continued Success AAR, Vincent "Larry" Savage

To Kelly David.
I listen to AAR on 970 AM from 6-8 pm. See if you can get it on the air/atmospheric bounce up there. 970 also has a website that you may be able to connect to in evening.
Sorry you lost it up there. They may be a preprogrammed station that employs an anti- who accidently leaves the relay off. I don't know that this is happening but it might be the source. I know, paranoia....
Hope it helps

Mark, I'm sure you have already heard what the Mayor of Chicago wants to force on the rest of us that live in the State of Illinois, He announced on February 9th that he wants legislation that would require handgun registration and titling in the State of Illinois. What a fool.

To whom it may concern,
I live in Olympia, Washington and used to listen to Armed American Radio on KGTK 920 AM here in Olympia. However, for the last three to four months the program has not been played. During the time on Sunday mornings when Armed American Radio is supposed to be played there is only dead air until the hard breaks are set to come on. I have attempted to contact the radio station about this and I have sent messages before to Armed American Radio but no one responds back. I would love to listen again while I am in the car but I cannot if all the radio station plays is dead air during your program.

Regards,
Kelly David

I just listened to last weeks show via podcast and the story of armored police surveillance vehicles parking in public places.

My issues with this is whether the responsible department allows citizens to video record their officers while the officer is on duty and in a public place. Some police departments have been down right hostile to citizens with recording equipment.

If the answer to this question is no than the use of the vehicle should be a non-starter so that attention and energy can focus on changing the policy on recording officers.

I just heard last weeks show via podcast and the discussion of armored police vehicles with video surveillance equipment parked in public places.

I would like to know that the responsible departments allow video recoding of their officers while conducting their duties in public. Some departments have proven down right hostile to fellow citizens recording officers while in public and on duty.

If the department is hostile toward private citizens video recording officers, while on duty and in public, than the discussion on the vans is a 'non starter'.
