7-19-2009 AAR Broadcast
Joining me tonight was noted author Skip Coryell who discussed his latest work Blood in The Streets and just about everything else we could cram in to the hour. A great guest, Skip has authored 6 books and his newest release of Blood in The Streets is one heck of a read. Great stuff…I poured through it and read it in one sitting before his appearance on the show and I highly recommend you pick it up yourself.
At the second half of the hour we received a call from Mr. Jerry Evans, the owner of Evans Broadcasting who owns the station with Nevadatude KKTF 99.1 FM Talk, our newest affiliate in Reno, Carson City and Sparks, Nevada. Jerry had sent me a letter earlier in the weekend from the NRA regarding their position on Harry Reid. He made his point very clear and I think you’ll enjoy listening to a Nevada resident and business owner give his opinion on the support the NRA is throwing at Mr. Reid.
I would like to apologize for those listeners that emailed the program live. I was unable to pull the emails up due to a password protected studio computer. I was able to correct the problem during the broadcast but not fast enough to get to your emails on the air. I’ll answer each one personally and promise we won’t have the same problem next week.

I’ve never met Skip Coryell but we have exchanged some emails. Skip was kind enough to let me attach his organization (2ndamendmentmarch.com) to a second amendment rally I’ll be holding in St. Louis Missouri on Feb 27th, 2010 at 10:00 AM. I will make this a non-partisan event inviting speakers from different political idiology to speak their support of the 2nd amendmentof the bill of rights.
I’m not in the firearms buisness in any way shape or form. I’m just someone who is tired of hearing the left attack responsible gun owners and those of us who support the 2nd amendment without all of the restrictions soem politicians and judges want to do because it is fashionable in their arena.
Enough is enough. Some folks on discussions sites I belong to are afraid! Garbage. If you can spout your secoond amendment rights on web sites, get off your collective duffs, stand up under the Gateway Arch (The Jefferson National Expansion Medmorial)on the St. Louis River front and tell all America “I am an American, I suppor the bill of rights and second amendment”. Being silent tells no one anything. Coem foreward, just like this radio station and the guests and speak your peice. Use the first amendment to help keep your sencond amendment rights.
This is the same week that CCW is allowed on National Park Service Property. That date is Monday Feb. 22nd 2010. So if you have a CCW permit, pack it and come on down.
