Mr. Dick Heller
Dick Heller is an American Patriot. Mr. Heller sued the city of Washington DC for illegally banning handguns and stripping the good, law-abiding people of that city from the right to defend themselves. Faced with a gun-hating, ultra-liberal, leftist city council made up of anti-freedom zealots, Dick Heller took the matter into his own hands and with the help of Mr. vonBreichenruchardt, crafted the case that would later reach the United States Supreme Court. As we all know by now, the decision handed down in the Heller case was a slap to all freedom-haters across the country as the US Supreme Court upheld freedom, smacked the DC city council into place and made it clear that the 2nd amendment means what every American with a brain knows it means. That we have the RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS IN THIS COUNTRY. You don’t want to miss this conversation!

The president of The US Bill of Rights foundation, Dane was the brilliant legal mind behind what came to be known as Heller vs DC. Together these two freedom fighters have taken on the left and prevailed like no other American in US history. They continue the fight on our behalf.

Mr. Heller and Mr. vonBreichenruchardt are my HEROs! If its unconstitutional in one place, isn’t it unconstitutional in all places? Please ask this question on how their landmark case applies to Chikago and New Yorkistan?

I am a member of the USCCA and welcome the radio broadcast, but I am also a member of Tom Greshams Gun Talk Radio. Was wondering why you would broadcast the same day of the week and time as Gun Talk Radio (Sunday XM Radio 139 7-10 p.m.)?
How do I subscribe to the podcasts?
I enjoyed the program tonite and even called. If you need a guest I would like to suggest Yelena Pawela. I’m sure you are familar with her. Her story is facinating. I would be interested in finding out what she thinks of our current administration. Does she see dangerous signposts ahead? I think this would make for a very interesting show. Thanks and keep shooting!
That’s a great question. The answer is that we are bound by several things…we have several different time slots available on Sundays and had to pick the time most listeners of this program would be available and that time was 8-9…determined by the studio exec’s who make the big bucks to know those things…also, if we ever want to push the show to two hours then we needed the open slot at 9pm. I personally think you should switch over to us during our hour!

Tim – you are achieving so much it’s amazing. A more go-ahead guy I have yet to find – just don’t know how you get everything fitted in and still have a family life!! I hope other USCCA members appreciate your efforts same as I do.
This radio deal is terrific – only thing is I am not an iTunes guy – hate it – all I want is mp3 files to listen to – and so it’s be nice if it could work to just get an email notification when each new broadcast is available. I am sure to forget to drop in here regularly.

Kudos, guys. I’ve only heard the inaugural broadcast but I DO have more free time today and I plan on catching up. I’m not a member of the USCCA but am inching closer every day. I am a CPL holder in Michigan and have been advocating training and carry, both open and concealed, widely. Keep up the great work and 3 cheers for “shall issue”!
I am a member of USCC & NRA & wear birkenstocks. Just an FYI, not everyone that wears birks are against 2nd amendment rights.
